Hello there. My name is Jason Zumwalt and I am the new editor for Howlin’ Hockey, the Fansided site dedicated to you, the Phoenix Coyote fan. Thank you for joining me here. I want you to know that I’m going to make this thing great. That’s my goal. Not “good”, not “pretty good”, but freakin’ great. I want Howlin’ Hockey to look and feel like you do whether our boys win, lose or draw. I’m going to be here when news, records and noses are broken. I’m gonna try and take this as far as we can go and make it as entertaining as possible. I want Howlin’ Hockey to not just be a place where Yotes fans can come for news but a place where we can all come for laughs and insights into the game.

In short, I want you. In fact, I’m going to NEED you. Literally. Consider this my call to arms to all Yotes fans who’ve wanted their own voices heard. Ever been watching Sportscenter and been annoyed how they simply skim over the drama of Phoenix Coyotes games? Are you sick and tired of goals and fights being the only aspect of this sport that are heralded in mainstream sports media? Do you feel you have a deeper understanding of the game than the talking heads and league pundits who are more worried about their makeup running than they are making a valid point?

If any of that sounds right than this is the place for you to be. Not just to consume but to create. Let’s do this together.  I want you to join me as a staff writer for this site and help me do this the right way. Let’s make something worthy of the team we all love so much. Let’s take this over.
