This seems like a no-brainer. For hungry, restless Coyotes fans, this past Monday was a dream come true.

Announced by Matt McConnell and Tyson Nash, Fox Sports Arizona helps alleviate some of the off-season blues by airing four of the ‘Yotes most sensational games from the 2013-2014 season. Each game will be aired on Monday nights throughout August, helping with the build-up to the first game of the preseason, which will be played against the L.A. Kings on Monday, September 22nd.

According to Max Kraust of Fox Sports Arizona, the games will help fans re-live some of the best moments in what was a tumultuous, heart-stopping season for the desert dogs. This particular season put fans through the wringer- they got a taste of what has become almost normal for Toronto Maple Leafs fans. The team seemed to be getting hotter as the season went on, and was neck-in-neck with the Dallas Stars to take the Western Conference’s second Wild Card spot until their 75th game, when they lost in a matchup against the Minnesota Wild. They then spiraled into a seven game losing streak before finally winning the 82nd game of the season- against the Stars, nonetheless. This wasn’t good enough for a playoff spot, though, and the Coyotes’ season ended on April 13th. The despair was so real.

If there’s anything that Coyotes fans are, though, it’s resilient. The team has aquired Sam Gagner, Oliver Ekman-Larsson has been getting better by the season, and the team has a prospect pool just bubbling with fresh talent. This upcoming season should be as interesting as it is exciting- and nothing gets fans more pumped up than watching the four most amazing games of this past nail-biter season.

The first game, which was aired last Monday, fired up fans all over Arizona as it led viewers through Mike Smith‘s 23 saves and Radim Vrbata’s three goals. The final score over the eventual Eastern Conference champs was 4-1: no better way to start of a pump-up series than with that.

The next three games will include exciting moments, such as four amazing comebacks (including one against the 2014 Stanley Cup Champions, who we still hate a bit), a goal from high-scoring Mike Smith*, and commentary from important figures in the Coyotes community such as GM Don Maloney, President and CEO Anthony Leblanc, head coach Dave Tippett, and even Smith himself. You won’t want to miss these games- check out the schedule below.

*Mike Smith’s high-scoring title is well deserved, simply because he’s not supposed to be allowed to do that.
