There’s a lot to be thankful for with the Arizona Coyotes this season.

Think this is a season to mope and moan? Think again, Coyotes fans.

Thanksgiving is one of those ‘American’ holidays that means sitting around the couch and watching a football game rather than gathering around the ice, so it’s kind of not my favorite as far as holidays go.

It’s a good way to put things in perspective, though — and with the Coyotes sitting in sixth in the Pacific, I think I speak for everyone when I say that we could all use a little perspective to remind us what we should be thankful for.

While Connor Murphy is busy ladling out Thanksgiving dinners with his hairnet on wrong and Keith Yandle is undoubtedly whispering ‘I’m sorry’ to the turkey before carving it up for his family and friends, let’s take a look at the things the Arizona Coyotes have to be thankful for this year.
