With the Suns on the rebuild fans will crave a chance to see a winner again. Fans just want a committed owner, coach, and players. They have that with the Coyotes. The Phoenix Coyotes.

The reason I hate the Arizona Coyotes is because I grow tired of changing tradition. The Phoenix is the bird who rises from the ashes and definitely speaks to the situation in Glendale. This franchise will rise or burn depending on a vote in which 2 are definitely for and 2 are definitely against the Coyotes. Why Norma Alvarez gets a vote is beyond my comprehension. Too bad voters do not get a chance to hear her speak two sentences before voting. I sat through her phone in where she seemed to be eating the dreams of babies while talking about gangs and libraries. She is so out of touch with reality. Why it bugs me that 7 people who are not educated enough to make such important decisions. They are just pawns in a larger game of life. Not economists or deep thinkers.

It comes down to this:

Coyotes stay and they continue the success built on new arena, great coaching and management and a solid core who have a mixture of veterans and talented youth plus will get a few key pieces through free agency afforded them through ownership. Fans see the commitment and long term possibilities of stability and push this franchise into the black. Business in Westgate will get an infusion knowing the marketing power of an owner will bring more and more which will boost both consumer and business confidence. Profit is there to be made if the stars can finally align for the Coyotes. Without the normal pitfall success is available. It could be a great thing for Glendale have 2 major sports and almost 60 for sure events to drive Westgate into the tax cash grab it is.

Now Glendale is a PLAYER and very relevant. Casino maybe coming nearby. Hotels and conventions. Westgate will be viable for half the year or more at that point. Super Bowls will continue to come as well as National Championships and many events.
