The Arizona Coyotes continue their rebuild with the 2015 Draft.
The Arizona Coyotes had nine selections in this year’s NHL draft that will certainly aid in the future success of this franchise. Arizona is a young team that will certainly be a dark horse for the Stanley Cup in the next couple of years. These nine players will have time to develop their skills in the minors before dazzling fans in Gila River Arena.

As predicted, Connor McDavid was selected first overall with Jack Eichel right behind him at number two. Arizona had the mysterious third pick with a wide open draft board to choose from. After much deliberation, Dylan Strome of the Erie Otters became their guy.
The draft picks include six forwards, two goaltenders, and one defenseman going in to next season. It is apparent that Don Maloney and Dave Tippett are stressing the need for offensive productivity with these selections.
