Arizona Coyotes Prospect Dvorak Can Really Help The Team’s Scoring
Get ready Arizona Coyotes fans, Christian Dvorak (drafted #58 in ’14) may become quite an exciting player on a team of young guns. Add in his former London Knights team-mate, Max Domi, and you have a sensational scoring combo. Wait… then you add in Anthony “Tony D” Duclair, and things get really over the top, out of control — CRAZY !

I mean, Domi and Duclair are shoe-ins to make the team, and if Dvorak shows his scoring prowess in training camp this September, this team could be a total entertainment machine. Dvorak who had 41g-68a for an outstanding 109 points in 66 games in the OHL, is ready to display his abilities, and the offense starved Arizona Coyotes are ready to see what he’s got.
The other factor about Dvorak is he will have some competition to obtain a roster spot, with the likes of Brendan Perlini, and newly drafted Dylan Strome looking for the same opportunity. Strome will more than likely be given a good look, but seeing as how GM Don Maloney likes to not rush his young prospects, he may be back leading the Erie Otters again next season. Perlini is a very impressive prospect, and the team should evaluate his potential as well.
Speaking of GM Don Maloney, he is pretty high on Dvorak’s potential, and sounds like he will be given every chance to make the team. I don’t see why he won’t be on the team, seeing as how the offense needs some immediate transfusions of output.
Just look at the meager offense the Yotes put out on the ice last season. Finishing 29th out of 30 teams, and scoring just 170 goals, or 2.07 average goals a game is just not going to cut it when attempting to qualify for the playoffs.
I don’t know if Head Coach Dave Tippett would entertain the idea of a “Young Guns” line combination of Domi, Duclair, and Dvorak… or it can even be called the “Triple D” line, but imagine the dynamics of that line! Exciting stuff, to say the least.
We wont know for certain if Dvorak is quite ready for the NHL, or if he will take it by storm, but one thing is certain — the guy can flat out score! The Arizona Coyotes need that, and the idea of seeing these exciting young prospects like Christian Dvorak get a chance at fulfilling their lifetime dream is… well pretty darn awesome.
