Good Morning Arizona Coyotes fans! It is Monday October 14th 2019, and we have the Morning Howl Report to prove it!

First off let me say I apologize for the late posting of todays morning howl report. Technically I guess this should be called an Afternoon Howl Report but that just does not sound the same.

The Arizona Coyotes have had a lot of news reported in the last few hours. Niklas Hjalmarsson has been sidelined with a lower body injury that will most likely keep him out of the lineup for several months.

In the wake of the Hjalmarsson injury Kyle Capobianco has been recalled from the Tuscan Roadrunners to help fill in the Hjarlmarsson hole. It will be interesting to see if the Coyotes defense can continue to carry the team with Hjalmarsson missing from the lineup.

The Coyotes only have 3 games to play this week, and we have the full week preview to prove it. (Howlin’ Hockey)

Phil Kessel played in his 1000th NHL game last night, becoming the third youngest active player to reach the 1000th NHL game mark. However Kessel is still not on the score sheet through 4 games this season with the Coyotes. That needs to change soon.

Opponent watch:

The Arizona Coyotes will face off against the Winnipeg Jets tomorrow night in Winnipeg. The Jets are coming off a 7-2 loss to the Penguins last night and will be out searching for a win on Tuesday.
