What a game last night? The Arizona Coyotes won 4-2 against the Winnipeg Jets, after scoring two, I repeat! Two power play goals! AH I can not believe it. Anyways here is your Morning Howl Report for Wednesday October 16th 2019.

Yesterday, we introduced the impact of scoring first for the Arizona Coyotes last season. What was a great argument, with plenty of facts to back it up, was disproved last night when the Arizona Coyotes won after giving up the first goal. Oh well, give the article a read anyway! (Howlin’ Hockey)

Yesterday we also introduced a way that the Arizona Coyotes could fix their power play, and well it seems that the Coyotes really took our piece to heart because they scored twice on the power play last night. The Coyotes went a perfect two for two on the PP, and let’s just wait to see if they can keep it up throughout the season. (Howlin’ Hockey)

Kyle Capobianco was recalled from the Tucson Roadrunners yesterday and made his debut last night. Capobianco was recalled to help fill in for Niklas Hjalmarsson who is out long-term on a lower body injury. (NHL)

We could keep talking about last nights game all day, but instead how about you hear from the players themselves.

Let me just say this about the Arizona Coyotes, they are now on a 3 game point streak. Arizona has captured 5 out of a possible 6 points through the last 3 games, what a time to be a Coyotes fan.

Division watch :

Edmonton is still on top of the Pacific Division. Most people counted Edmonton out before the season began, but hey the Pacific Division is wide open. Edmonton also has the most goals for in the entire division with 23, the Coyotes currently have 11 goals for. The Coyotes need to start scoring goals.

San Jose still sits at the bottom of the Pacific after losing the first 4 games of the season, however they will be rising considering they have won 2 straight games.
