Arizona Coyotes fans! It is game day once again, and we have the Morning Howl Report to prove it. It is October 19th, 2019, and let’s jump right in.

The Arizona Coyotes will close off their two-game home stand tonight against the Ottawa Senators. Ottawa carries a record of 1-4-1, and their best player has been Jean-Gabriel Pageau who has 5 points so far through 6 games. We will have more on the game later in our game preview.

Arizona will face off against the Senators short-handed, as Jordan Oesterle is out with an upper-body injury. I mean the team can call it an upper-body injury but I believe everyone knows it is a concussion. (Arizona Sports)

Arizona will face off against the Senators with momentum on their side once again. If you want a recap of where the team is picking up from check out our key takeaways from Arizona’s game against Nashville on Thursday!

Yesterday we added the next player to our “Journey to the desert” series. We highlighted Derek Stepan for this Friday’s edition. Feel free to comment on who you want to see next Friday when the next edition is dropped!

Another interesting component for the Coyotes right now is how amazing they have been! In the last 4 games, the Coyotes have gone 3-0-1, and have been getting goals from so many different contributors from Nick Schmaltz to Phil Kessel. If the Coyotes want to have any chance at making the playoffs they will need to keep that up.
