Arizona Coyotes Morning Howl Report for October 21st 2019

The Arizona Coyotes are enjoying their off-day before starting off on their east coast trip for the season. Even though it is an off day for the Coyotes we do not take off days for Morning Howl Report’s let’s dive in!

We have our 3 stars of the week released, and if you haven’t checked it out yet give it a read now! The Coyotes have a slew of players playing on top of their game now, including players like Nick Schmaltz and Christian Dvorak! (Howlin’ Hockey)

The Arizona Coyotes held a ceremony before the game against the Ottawa Senators for Phil Kessel. Kessel recently played in his 1000th NHL game. The best thing about the night was Kessel scored his first two goals of the season against the Senators. Hopefully, he will score more now too. (Arizona Sports)

The Arizona Coyotes also called up defenseman Aaron Ness from the AHL two days ago after they placed defenseman Jordan Oesterle on injury reserved. Ness is 29 years old and has played in 47 NHL games over the course of his career with the Washington Capitals, and New York Islanders  It appears that Oesterle is out with a concussion after getting hit in the head with a puck last week.
