Maintaining consistency is going to be critical for the Arizona Coyotes to gain respect on their road trip!

What are the keys to success for the Arizona Coyotes as they face the New York Rangers, New York Islanders, New Jersey Devils, and Buffalo Sabres in a span of eight days? I’m glad you asked!

Their aggressive forechecking, swarming defense, and ability to move up and down the ice as a five man unit, along with outstanding performances by their impressive goalkeeping duo, will serve them well. And it’s all achievable through a focused mindset!

A by-product of showing the hockey world the Arizona Coyotes style of play during this Eastern Conference road trip will be alerting future opponents of the challenges they will face when playing against the high-flying Coyotes.

A balanced attack and a solid defensive corp in front of stalwart net minders pose real problems for any team taking the heretofore unknown Arizona Coyotes lightly.

A perceived lack of respect for hockey in the desert has changed recently, in part due to the success of the Vegas Golden Knights. The Coyotes are a refreshing, entertaining, up and coming addition to the Western Conference teams to be taken seriously during the regular season and capable of reaching the playoffs.

The four teams about to play the Arizona Coyotes will soon be introduced to the 2019-20 iteration of the “Scratchin’ and Clawin” Yotes! Let’s go Coyotes!
