The Arizona Coyotes are currently home with their families celebrating the holiday season, which is a great thing. Everyone deserves some time away with their family to spend time together.
Arizona is one of the hottest teams in the NHL, but with this unprecedented amount of rest will it backfire on the team? The team is 1-1 in games with 4 days off in between. Being tied with the Vegas Golden Knights with one game in hand, Arizona will need to take advantage of their long rest and come back ready to play.
The ‘Yotes next matchup is against the Knights on Saturday, both teams will be rested up for this one. Hopefully, the Coyotes will show up ready to play and not look like a team that has not played in a week.
Arizona has a lot to be thankful for this year. Whether it be how well they are playing, the acquisition of Taylor Hall, or just having some of the best fans in the game, there is a lot to be thankful for. I truly do believe that the decade to come will be a great decade for the Arizona Coyotes.

I am looking forward to watching with you all. Hockey is one of the best sports in the world, and we get to watch a truly great team. Arizona is one of the best up and coming teams in the NHL. There is no telling how far they can go this season. However, it all relies on one game at a time.
The Coyotes’ next three games all come against teams in the playoffs. The Vegas Golden Knights, then the Dallas Stars, and ending with the defending Stanley Cup Champions St. Louis Blues. Arizona does not know their playoff position yet, or if they will be in the playoffs. So we need to play our best hockey against all opponents.
