The Arizona Coyotes are back in action tonight on the second game of a three-game road trip, this time against the Tampa Bay Lightning! That and more in today’s Morning Howl Report!

When we talked about what to expect from tonight’s game yesterday Scott mentioned the defense a lot of Arizona. Arizona is a team that thrives on the play from their own end, and that is something we need tonight against the highly skilled Tampa Bay Lightning. Tampa is currently on an 8 game win streak, and ending it is up to us. (Howlin’ Hockey)

Barrett Hayton got some much-needed experience at this year’s World Junior Hockey Tournament. Hayton learned how to be a leader and play under pressure in some of the biggest moments, and he topped the tournament off with a championship. However now Hayton needs to recover from an injury he sustained at the tournament. (Arizona Sports)

The Arizona Coyotes have had some great hockey from a lot of players so far this season. One stand out performer has been Jakob Chychrun, who has really stepped up on the blue line in the absence of Niklas Hjalmarsson. Who is one player you believe has stepped up to the plate?

The Arizona Coyotes are really pushing for things in the Pacific Division. They are currently at the top of the division, but the question still remains, will they be able to hold on to a playoff position come April?
