The Arizona Coyotes do not have a lot of news to discuss right now thanks to their break. So we will take some time to look around the league at some of the stories from around the league with your Morning Howl Report for January 22nd, 2020!

Let’s start of the Howl Report with one of FanSided’s top stories this month! Our NHL department came up with some of the top players at the All-Star Game as well as some of the questions fans are asking. Check out the story at FanSided! (FanSided)

We also have some time to look at the schedule. The Coyotes really took a dip at the end of their schedule before the All-Star break, hopefully, they will come back better because they are in a really tight race, just look at their spot in the Pacific Division!

The Arizona Coyotes currently find themselves in a four-way tie for second in the Pacific Division. The Coyotes are tied with the Edmonton Oilers, Calgary Flames, and Vegas Golden Knights. They aren’t sitting pretty right now, as the Central Division also has a few teams that can compete for the sports in the playoffs.

Winnipeg and Chicago are both at 54 points, and you can never count out the Nashville Predators! The Coyotes are not going to be gifted a playoff spot, they need to work for it! It starts now. The Coyotes have some time to work with their gifted time off. Hopefully, they all will come back ready to work!

A lot of the current roster is already playing great, if you haven’t checked out some of our All-Star Break reviews make sure to do so, and get ready for more to come! Honestly the more we are looking at the roster the more I realize how close this team truly is from winning, all the need to do is take a few more steps!
