Kicking off another week to get us one more step closer to the start of the regular season. Here are some points of interest from around the net:

As reported the Coyotes and the ECHL’s Las Vegas Wanglers have extended their affiliation agreement.

According to Ansar Khan from Mlive Aaron Downey; who attented Coyotes Training Camp last season, is headed back to Hockeytown. After spending last season without a team and focused on conditioning Downey is going to try his hand at making the cut with the Red Wings.

In case you missed it – or jut forgot – Phoenix Coyotes tickets went on sale on Friday.

This past Saturday the Coyotes Rookie Camp kicked off. There will be home games following the camp on Tuesday at 6 p.m. and Wednesday at 2 p.m. against the Los Angeles Kings rookies.
