Who doesn’t like November? The month that contains Thanksgiving, Veteran’s Day for thanking our service members, and entire month to celebrate the mustache. On a recent Fox Sports Arizona poll, it was declared that the mustache is sported by classy gentlemen. As one who rocks the ‘stache connected to the goatee, I agree. Jonas Hillar has set aside the Darth Vader mask and is rocking a mask with pictures of the entire Duck roster. With drawn in mustaches on the face of each player. Duck Enforcer and Ivy League grad George Parros shaved his in honor of the month. http://a.yfrog.com/img640/8414/i3bla.jpg
Following the NFL lead in spraying all things pink, the NHL has decided that October is Hockey Fights Cancer month. November is Movenber for cancer awareness. This means men’s health should be front and center. The ‘stache recognition is a fun and irrevant way to do this.
Several of the Coyotes; including Shane Doan, Paul Bissonnette, Keith Yandle, and Adrian Aucoin, shaven clean and will let it grow for the entire month. We are not talking playoff beards. We are talking joining the elite ranks of mustache aficionados Tom Sellack, Burt Reynolds, Fiendly Frostbite, and Wilfred Brimley. Men who know the mustache makes the look. Oliver Ekman-Larson is starting his now in hopes of joining the festivities for next year’s Movember.
