I grew up in Western New York and learned the game thanks to a wildcat feed of Hockey Night in Canada and listening to Ted Darling and Rick Jeanneret call Sabres games.We played street hockey all year long and I wanted to be Gilbert Perrault.Fast forward, I live in Arizona with a beautiful wife whom I converted into a rabid fan of hockey (seeing Matthew Lombardi sans helmet was the clincher). My daughters play in CAHA and want to be Shane Doan. I have a dog named Gretkzy. I want to be Shane Doan.
