Make no mistake, the Arizona Coyotes did win the game last night against the New York Rangers. It just was not the best win in franchise history.

The Arizona Coyotes found a way to get a win last night after starting off strong. After registering 23 shots on goal in the first period and scoring 1 goal, they struggled the rest of the way.

The Arizona Coyotes did start off strong though, scoring a big goal in the first period. Starting strong has been a key to the game for a long time.

Whether it be scoring a big goal or just starting strong with a big hit or big shot. The Arizona Coyotes have been getting it done in the last few games. They did it again yesterday scoring a big goal in the first period.

Crouse scored a big goal to give the Coyotes a 1-0 lead. He did it by getting in front of the net and working on a second and third shot opportunity. All the things we mentioned in today’s game preview occurred.

This New York Rangers team is not the best team in the NHL. In fact, the Arizona Coyotes should have beat them by a lot larger number. After a great first period, the Coyotes had a sloppy second and third. They gave up a bad penalty which led to a costly power-play goal for the New York Rangers.

Darcy Kuemper was a big reason for the Coyotes win yesterday against the New York Rangers. He made 17 saves on the night and did not give up more than two goals yet again.

However, in OT the Arizona Coyotes found a way to walk away with a win thanks to Christian Dvorak, oh and the Colorado Avalanche.

The Colorado Avalanche beat the Arizona Coyotes in OT just last week, so the Arizona Coyotes were happy to do the same to the Rangers last night.
They learned from their mistakes against the Avs and adjusted, good work Coyotes! Oh and Nick Schmaltz registered another point tonight, moving his point streak to another game, what can’t this team do?
