The Arizona Coyotes are back in action tonight against the Philadelphia Flyers, that and more in today’s Morning Howl Report for January 4th, 2020!

Two players have been slowly building up some chemistry in Arizona. Both Conor Garland and Taylor Hall have loved playing together, and honestly, we have loved watching it too.  (AZ Central)

The Arizona Coyotes division has been getting weaker in the last few days. The Calgary Flames traded away Michael Frolik for a fourth-round draft pick. Although the move does bring in some space for the team to work with, it does take away a great defensive forward. (The Hockey News)

One thing is certain for me when I look at this Coyotes team. They certainly do have the pieces to succeed, however now it is up to the players to go out and prove it. Whether it be playing a great team game, or having all 12 forwards factor in on the score sheet whatever it takes to win this team needs to do. (Howlin’ Hockey)

Arizona has a big game tonight against Philadelphia. We will have a 3 keys to the game article for you later tonight, so watch for that. In the meantime here are a few things you should know about our opponent.

The Flyers are riding a two-game losing steak against two of our divisional opponents, the Vegas Golden Knights, and LA Kings. It is never a good thing seeing your divisional rivals winning so in order to have things even out we need to make sure we get the win tonight.

Also, in the Flyers’ last 4 losses, they have lost by giving up 5 or more goals. So we need to make sure we put up a lot of high danger chances tonight. I know we can beat the Flyers in our own end, I just hope our offense can keep up with them.
